Mr. Miscoll is a Managing Director. Previously, he was a Managing Director of Northgate Ventures, a venture capital fund focused on investments in early-stage technology companies. He was also a Managing Director of Laidlaw & Co., an investment firm that he purchased with an investor group and subsequently sold. Mr. Miscoll was a member of the management team that created K-III Communications, now Primedia, a publishing and information services company sponsored by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. Mr. Miscoll holds a B.A. from Santa Clara University and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
