Mr. Schoff joined Newlight in 2010 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer. He has also been CFO of Scorpion Capital Partners, a private equity fund. Mr. Schoff has a diversified background focusing primarily on accounting and financial reporting for investment funds. He has also acted as interim CFO for several private portfolio companies, both in the technology and non-technology fields. Mr. Schoff started his career at Ernst and Young as an auditor and an analyst in the M&A Due Diligence group. Mr. Schoff received a BS in accounting from SUNY Buffalo and is a Certified Public Accountant registered in New York State.
